Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering client requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Gather, understand, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

• • Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, or workflows.

• • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to align deliverables.

• • Conduct competitor and market research to support business decisions.

• • Participate in client meetings, product demos, and requirement clarification calls.

• • Assist in creating wireframes, process flows, and use-case documentation.

• • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables match requirements.

• • Provide ongoing support during project development and implementation phases.

Requirements:

• • 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

• • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and requirement gathering methodologies.

• • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• • Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Office.

• • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
