Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure a high standard of service delivery. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of 4–5 support representatives, handle client communications, resolve escalated concerns, and work closely with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer support team.
    • Serve as the escalation point for complex or unresolved customer issues.
    • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
    • Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent performance.
    • Communicate with clients professionally and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Analyze support metrics and provide regular reports to upper management.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a customer support or team leadership role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software
    • Must be disciplined, punctual, and committed to fostering a professional and collaborative work culture
