Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our organic and paid marketing efforts. You will be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions through a mix of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SEO professionals to meet monthly goals.
• Execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies, staying updated with algorithm changes.
• Manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social, and automation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support product launches with clear positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Track KPIs (ROI, CAC, CLTV) and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Oversee content creation (landing pages, emailers, case studies, etc.) aligned with the buyer journey.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
• Proven experience with go-to-market strategies and digital product launches.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Keyword Planner, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
• Solid grasp of SEO best practices, content marketing, and website optimisation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Highly organised, collaborative, and experienced in cross-functional team environments.
