Overview

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Trainer cum Developer who can both deliver cutting-edge training programs and contribute to real-world development projects. This role combines the best of both worlds: teaching and hands-on coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Deliver high-quality training on full stack development (Frontend + Backend).

• • Create engaging training materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.

• • Lead live coding sessions and guide real-world capstone projects.

• • Track learners’ progress and give personalized feedback.

• • Keep pace with emerging technologies and tools.

• • Collaborate with internal training and tech teams to elevate the learning experience.

• • Mentor and support trainees to master core development concepts.

Requirements:

• • Proven experience in full stack development and technical training.

• • Proficient in back-end: Node.js, Python, MongoDB, MySQL.

• • Comfortable with front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular.

• • Clear and engaging communication style – simplifies complex topics.

• • Ability to motivate and inspire learners at various skill levels.
