HR Associate

Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and detail-oriented HR Associate who will support our hiring team with daily sourcing, data collection, pipeline tracking, job posting, and operational HR tasks. This is a foundational HR hiring operations role designed for someone who wants to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Data Mining

• Search and collect candidate data from Hiring Portals
• Increase basic outreach as instructed by the HR Manager.
• Maintain an active pool of candidates for different roles.

Job Posting & Portal Management

• Post jobs across multiple platforms (company website, job portals, social channels).

Resume & Application Collection

• Collect resumes from WhatsApp, Gmail, job forms, and internal portals.
• Ensure 100% accuracy while updating resumes into the master sheet.

Master Sheet & Pipeline Updating

• Update Master sheet for 100% accuracy of record keeping.

LinkedIn Tasks

• Build useful connects for Outreach and Hiring interactions.

Coordination & Support

• Maintain communication between HR Recruiters and HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to maintain accuracy & speed in data entry
• Discipline, punctuality, and ownership mindset
• Both verbal and written communication and should be comfortable interacting with candidates via email, phone, or virtual call.
