Description
We are seeking an experienced and recruitment-driven HR Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3–4 years of experience who can lead talent acquisition efforts while efficiently managing core HR operations. The candidate will play a critical role in hiring top talent, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring smooth HR processes that align with business objectives and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and ATS, while maintaining recruitment metrics and talent pipelines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Support performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and feedback processes.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs for employee growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide HR insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and contribute to organizational development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment
- Proven experience managing high-volume hiring and end-to-end recruitment cycles
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and ATS tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to prioritize recruitment demands while managing HR operations
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Employee-centric mindset with business understanding
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
