Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our workforce. The ideal candidate should bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging talent.
Requirements

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Foster strong relationships with candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data confidentiality.

- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees alongside the management team.

- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.
Skill & Experience
-
- The candidate should have a master’s degree in human resources or a similar degree.

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

- Must possess excellent communication and people management skills.

- Good Listening and decision making skills
-
- Good attention to detail
-
- A decent understanding of the basics of HR.
