Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our technical team and clients, ensuring that project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate must be disciplined, punctual, and committed to maintaining a structured and professional project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead end-to-end project management for multiple technical projects.

• • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

• • Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.

• • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

• • Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to ensure timely delivery.

• • Manage client communications, gather requirements, and provide regular updates.

• • Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

• • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or software development environment.

• • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

• • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.

• • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.

• • Technical background or understanding of development processes is highly preferred.

• • Must be punctual, disciplined, and committed to a collaborative work culture.
