PHP Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our backend development team. You will play a critical role in designing and developing server-side applications, ensuring performance, and writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities:

• • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using PHP.

• • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.

• • Integrate with third-party services and APIs to extend functionality.

• • Work with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) for backend data storage and manipulation.

• • Collaborate with frontend developers and UI/UX designers to implement features and functionality.

• • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

• • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) – from planning, coding, testing, deployment, to support.

• • Ensure code is properly versioned, maintained, and documented.

• • Follow agile methodologies and best practices in backend development.

• • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues quickly.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the team.
